Starting Pay: $23.00 - $30.00
This position is a full-time, remote opportunity.
Position Summary:
This remote position as an Operations Supervisor is the operations leader for all members of a client-centric team and ensures service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations. This position is directly responsible for the operational delivery objectives that are set forth by the client scopes of work and service level agreements. The Operations Supervisor leads a team of Account Coordinators and drives the customer service experience by measuring and analyzing performance metrics in alignment with key company objectives centered on exceptional service, customer retention, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees office-based team regarding account management, internal processes, performance metrics, ensuring all Company and functional policies, as well as standard operating procedures
- Meets and coaches’ team on key company objectives outlined by management, including clearly defined expectations, assigning work/tasks appropriately, and ensuring that progress toward goals/objectives is being made
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborates with various internal teams to deliver measurable solutions
- Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow
- Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations
- Support business development growth by assessing potential customer needs and presenting operations process and value to potential customers
- Supports and balances vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability
- Facilitates new account rollout
- Facilitates software integrations between customer portals/user interfaces and the KBS IT department
- Collaborates with other departments to identify procedural issues and trends
- Works with Regional Operations Manager on performance management issues
- Able to carry out the essential functions of this job (with or without reasonable accommodation) without

Requirements of an Operations Supervisor:
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
- Knowledge of landscape and snow industry
- Prior management and leadership experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advance Excel skills required
- WinTeam and Corrigo experience is a plus
- KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.
